Symbolism:
-The two tassels hanging from the skull display the Greek symbol for "Omega," the last letter of the Greek alphabet.
-In this image - Death is giving birth - a symbol of death as rebirth.
-Death is chained, for no matter what happens in life, death is a certainty.
-The third eye in the forehead represents spiritual wisdom; God's wisdom offers a new perspective of death.
