Here we can see a mighty figure, he's solely known as the Astronomer, a person with a vast knowledge about the past and the present, as well with a rich knowledge coming from other worlds, he's also a sorcerer, a very powerful one better not to mess with, since with all what he know he can stand even some gods, no one knows the purpose of his actions of what's up on his mind, but he certainly intends something.

That hovering on his hand is indeed, a miniature stellar system.
