Great Argon Lizards are a force to be reckoned with... Gigantic, hungry beasts indigenous to the Dragon Quest series, their plump forms only prove their voracity more clearly - and prove their capacity to fill such a hunger!

Of course, any reptile that's 'typically' dangerous can most likely be, atypically, EVEN MORE dangerous. Say, when merged with a creature that's even more voracious than even THEY usually are, perhaps? :O

It certainly seems the Dragon Quest games have rubbed off on me...literally. ;D~ The growth spurt certainly surprised me at first, but the advantage of gaining a towering and massive form was not lost to my appetite.

And, I ALWAYS have an appetite! Though it's sometimes difficult to satiate it in my normal little Charmeleon form... Certain, particularly-grand Pokemon often catch my eye, but usually, consuming them is more trouble than it's worth, or even risky for turnabout to occur!

But to a Great Chargon Lizard, these worries are mere triflings... Roooooar!

Needless to say, I immediately lumbered off to catch myself whatever powerful Pokemon I could find! The 'legendary' Reshiram found his way into my expansive gut first (a place some would consider even more legendary than the dragon itself!), and a double-catch of a Scolipede and Dragonite followed soon after. Bugs are easy prey for a firelizard, but Scolipede is practically the 'king' of bug-types, being easily the most massive of them - though still not as massive as the Great Chargon! >:D

Oh, stop squirming, little Dragonite. You'll get your turn soon enough~ Until then, just relax under my plump, massive foot...there's no way you're get out from under the weight of it anyways! Harharrr!

This was a request that   Pippuri was very generous to draw for me. n..n I haven't actually played a DQ game for a long while, but I played the eight game for the PS2 way back when it was released, and the Great Argon Lizard from that game always super-appealed to me in its design and girth. ;D It seemed a lizard after my own heart...so, why not actually become one, I figured? <3 Pip did a fantastic job merging my traits with a big 'ol Argy, certainly including makin' me fatter than even they usually are! I love how my color scheme works with the speckley skin effect, as well as the more-aggressive and spiky upgrade my collar got in the process too! >:3

I've always admired his works, because I've noticed that when it comes to drawing animal/beast characters, he tends to give them a very fat build. This is PARTICULARLY true when he's drawn reptiles. ^.^ Needless to say, this very much aligns with my interests... (See his Dragon Ball manga; I know there's some dino-like characters in it that show this off perfectly!)
