Many Keyblade Masters throughout the ages have left their own mark on the history. But none of them's as curious as Sora. A young boy hailing from Destiny Islands, he is a rare case of an individual capable of wielding a Keyblade without being chosen at the same time. At first, one might dismiss such an idea as preposterous, the amount of times the boy has thwarted the plans of evil forces such as Xehanort and Organization XIII means he has the potential to go against fate, to become the next Unchained One.
The exact details what happened that fateful night are still a little hazy. But to the best of my knowledge, the Keyblade meant for Riku didn't see him as worthy anymore due to influence of darkness. Instead, it underwent a phenomenom known as Passing, attaching itself to Sora's heart in the process. I wonder, have many of history's greatest shakeups also occurred due to Masters wielding Passed Keyblades? The Grand Archives might hold a key to this mystery. But that's a matter for another day.
Due to these traits however, I do believe that Sora's the best thing we got to fight against the Foretellers who once have emerged from the mists of time. He and the friends he made throughout his journeys should make it possible to find Ava before the foretellers can and somehow prevent the prophecy of the Six and the One from coming true. If they do manage to find her and open the Box however, I'm prepared to go gently into the night once the Armageddon does happen, causing all worlds to be destroyed and reformed into a state with no free will, without pain and without choice.
