Abilities/Powers:- As an Elder Devidra has a multitude of devestating powers.
Immortality- As an Elder, Devidra is naturally immortal and cannot be killed by anything less than another Elder.
Strength:- The full limits of her strength cannot be calculated.
Speed:- The full levels of her speed cannot be measured.
Healing:- If injured (which is a BIG if) Devidra can rapidly heal or regenerate limbs.
Flight:- Devidra can fly, no big surprise.
Telekenesis/Telepathy:- Devidra can speak directly into someone's mind and use her mind as a weapon.
OmniPresent/Omnipotent:- Devidra knows EVERYTHING that happens on Earth and she is everywhere, the only beings she cannot track are her daughter Beelzebub and the Arch Demon Jack Oggstrosse
Reality Manipulation:- As an elder Devidra can twist the fabric of reality to her will, i.e completely erasing a single mortal or lower ranking immortal (angel, demon) from existance.

Omega Level Magic User- As an elder her magic reigns supreme.
Plasma/Energy manipulation and mastery:- Like demons and angels she can create condensed balls of plasma/energy and use it in a defensive or offensive way.
Shape Shifting: Her natural form cannot be comprehended by anyone but another Elder, thus she allows herself to be seen as a feline in her late 20s early 30s, however she can also take on other forms if she so chooses.

Combat Experience: She has fought much in her life time, mainly through the grand civil war of the Elders before recorded time.
Elder Speak:- Devidra naturally speaks "Elder" which is translated into the mind's of others to their most comfortable language. (Warning to hear natural Elder speak will send mortals insane)

Strengths:-
Impervious to harm: Unless by another Elder or a (immensely) powerful God/Devil, she cannot be harmed.
Omega Tier Resistance:- Magic not casted by an Elder will not affect her (unless rare situation given)
Nigh-Invincible: Unless through rare occurences, Devidra is quite literally invincible.

Weaknesses:- Even the mightiest can fall.
Elder Related Curses/Devices:- Incredibly rare curses and items created during the "Elder Civil War" by Elders to weaken other Elders so they could be killed. (As all Elders are totally equal in power)
Self Induced Rules:- Devidra cannot and willnot interfere in the plans of lower beings unless it means destruction/ruination of any of the worlds under her guidance. Or if incase of another Elder attack.
"Death":- Other than an elder the only being who can harm her is "Death" itself.

Backstory:
In the beginning, there was nothing. Then came the time paradox of "The Origin" a being whose power has no equal, the creature tore open a portal through time coming into the nothingness and exploded, creating existance itself. In creating existance it created "The Elders" beings of supreme power, their job was to go out and create worlds and species. The Origin then died leaving nothing more than a orb filled with nothing more than a little of its life, awaiting for its future self to take hold and start the paradox again.

Devidra was the first born Elder, or rather the first Elder to realise their own existance .0001 of a second before the rest. Created with their knowledge already within them, the Elders spread out into the vastness of the ever growing universe and created worlds, planets, and the rules of the very Universe itself.

A few billion years later, Devidra happened upon her brother, whom had named himself "Human", Devidra found Human was wise, kind and funny, it was through him she discovered laughter. A few short millenia later, the two became a couple, discovering love and romance, the pair became inseperable as they watched their worlds and creations grow from nothing and evolve into something glorious.

It was around this time, give or take a few thousand years that the Elders began to disagree about how to take care of the Universe, some wanted to rule it, like the supreme beings they were, wanting to have their lesser kinds bow down to them and serve them as slaves.

Other like "Human" wanted the newer beings to grow as they saw fit, whether or not to believe in them and to simply grow as nature intended. The elder struck down Human whom fell into Devidra's arms and began to crumble away leaving nothing but memories behind. In shock and horror the Elders discovered and created "Death". Then came the Civil War. A war that destroyed entire planets in its devestation, including Devidra's and Human's own worlds, of the fifty Elders than were created forty were killed over the passing eons. Until in the end Devidra grasped her hand around her beloved's killer roaring.
"THIS ENDS NOW!" and killed him. After the war Devidra all but gave up on the rest of her kind, and left them going to a deep dark corner of the Universe where she stayed for a millenia grieving over all that had happended.

While grieving a tiny star floated by her, bright and warm. She plucked it from its path and held it in her hand. The warmth reminded her of her feelings for her beloved "Human". With the power invested in her she bgean to create once more, a small world, simple surrounded by a few other small worlds. She did not give them names like she had others, she simply wanted to watch and observe. She created a vastness of water and giant islands dotting around, she created frozen spaces at the top and the bottom of the world. Then she sprinkled life into it and watched.

The life grew over the thousands of years, turning from tiny little creatures of the sea, to giant voracious lizards that stomped with authority across the lands and soared through the sky with such beautiful grace. Devidra was proud of her creations, she found them sweet and adorable in their simplicity. But her past caught back up to her, one of her sisters, whom had come to love "Human's" killer attacked, sending Devidra hurtling into her new world causing chaos amongst her children. Enraged Devidra retaliated, the ensueing battle lasted mere decades but in the end with ruthless fury, Devidra tore the head from her sister, she gazed down and saw her children dying, the destruction of the fight causing the world to turn cold and for many to die.

Filled with guilty she saved one island where some of her children would survive, and poured the blood of her sister over a few more of the survivors, hoping it would save them. She watched, believing this to be the end of another world, when something miraculous formed "primates" she saw in this new species, love, kindness, the same kindness of her lover "Human" and thus, she named these creatures after him, gifting them with the ability to one day grow and take the shape he had.

In time, when humanity and anthros took form she created Heaven and she created Hell not willing to allow her creations to simply ceast to exist with it she a lower ranking "God" to rule over Heaven and Angels to serve as her agents in aiding the mortals. One angel rebelled against her wishes, her first great child "Lucifer". And history knows of his tale.

Devastated she slipped away from her world, till she took note of one child, a child whom history would come to know as "Beelzebub". And the rest, as they say is history
