I love to create-- be it by knitting, crocheting, sewing, quilting, et cetera! Fiber arts are a passion of mine; some may laugh at the sight of a dude knitting (especially when I'm making a frilly pink something for a friend's baby girl) but the ability to make something beautiful, useful, and one-of-a-kind makes everything that much more special.

Sure, a sweater from a store might be more technically correct, but it has no heart and soul. Some Native American tribes believed that everything woven or made should have a tiny flaw somewhere; it proves it's real and from the heart.
