Skull Basher is one in a subset of dragons with bone plating over their leathery skin.

Their grey skulls and tail points are harder and sharper than diamond, and can cut through steel without hesitation. They are aggressive when provoked, hunting or in rut. Males challenge each other for females; the weaker of the fighting pair is usually either wounded so severely they are unable to function within the clan and exiled, or killed during battle. The white bone plating is light and flexible but provides relatively solid protection without weighing them down. The species is not a distance flier, but they are able to traverse their decent sized hunting grounds in their territories. Females are smaller with fewer bone protrusions; the male fight and protect while females tend to young and spend time in close quarters with other females of their clan. Their society can be harsh and is a kill or be killed state of living. Anyone who can not pull their weight within the clan is exiled or eaten. Their harsh territory contributes to their tough standard of living.
