Okay, Baydrake eats fish and fruit. Mainly fish. Sharks, barracudas, oar fish, fish like that usually. Now, given the fact that he eats a lot of predatory ocean fish, his body has to be able to take a beating. His stomach has a thick layer of mucous to protect from toothy, biting fish. On top of that, the stomach walls have the consistency of sandpaper, further defending from harm. He does have a crop, but it's far weaker and less protected than the stomach.
