In Guild Wars 2, several types of in-game achievements are centered around platforming. As an exercise in keyboard-punting frustration, jumping in GW2 is hella awkward, especially if you have a large (charr or norn) character. I'm really terrible at it.

The bad-ass elementalist Flamepoint Stormsol and her warband have my eternal gratitude, therefore, for helping me (and several others) get to some of the tricky platforms with the judicious use of portals. Some might call it "cheating"; but I say there's no such thing to a mesmer.
