My mom has been nagging me to draw something for her of one of her pets for years so I finally found the time to do something for her on Mother's Day. I did this quick (1.5 hours) painting of her cat, Frisky.

I originally planned on drawing her dog and some puppies but I already drew a mom animal with babies for my sister, so I decided to go with old Frisky who is my favorite, even though she's not the youngest, cutest of the animals my mom owns.

The same day I presented this image to my mom, I learned that Frisky has been missing since late April. She was old, so we're assuming the worst. RIP, sweet baby. I'm so glad I chose to draw you.
