This is the first stage of corruption of Odon's worshippers. They start out human, and gradually become less and less so. This would be the first phase of what happens.

These people would be slightly larger than an average human, enough to seem big, but not to really stand out beyond reason. On our world, that would be somewhere in the 6 1/2 tall range, perhaps pushing 7 feet for vary large individuals.
