She's an agent of the Caldonian intelligence service; reloading in the heat of a Bond-style shootout. I've wanted to write spy thrillers in the Nocebo setting for a long time now, and accordingly the setting's "Tech Level" places it as a rough analogy to the 1960s, with far more rocketpunk and sci-fi weirdness: perfect for lots of Espionage with a capital E.

In that respect I'm more than a little inspired by Team Fortress 2, especially the music from this video. Also much, much credit to ohnogangsters and their goats for inspiring my own setting and my love of dresses! Thank you so much for sharing your lovely creations!

Her gun is modeled after the MBA Gyrojet pistol, which fires rocket-propelled bullets. Gyrojet-style weapons and other rocket launchers are one of the mainstay small arms of the Noceboan arsenal, which has had to contend with aerial warfare since before the invention of steel.
