This gorgeous digital painting of my gryphon character Taran is a gift from a good friend who prefers to go by the artistic name 'Catfish'.
Taran is part bald eagle, part German shepherd dog, and she's been around since the good old days in the Gryphon Guild a decade and more ago. She's an old girl in dog years!

I did say she's an old girl! ;) I believe I joined the Gryphon Guild around 2000/2001? I honestly can't remember, but it was back in high school and my 10 year graduation anniversary is coming up this year, so it's definitely been more than a decade. Wow, huh?

i joined in 2002! i never would have guessed that i would still be friends with some of those people, it just seemed too random to me. back then i was scared to hang out with net people irl, even! i'm old ;_;
