So, I made a submission to the Dandelion Wine Collective's upcoming North American Myths and Legends Anthology, right?

I'm not very good at pitching, yet, and I'm not especially prolific, so I wasn't, like, super surprised when my pitch was rejected.

And I still plan on illustrating it! I needed a new background for my computer, so I made this, which doubles as a wallpaper and also as a first pass at what I want the illustrations to look like, maybe. We'll find out :)
