Delay is an uncommon Changing Light. Changing Lights are the only breed with the unique ability to completely change the hue of their fang glow. They are often bouncy and carefree, gathering to play together frequently.

As Changing Lights always do their best to imitate their Type, Delay's fangs change depending on their movement: Green when they’re moving, Yellow when they’re slowing down, and Red when they’re at a full stop. Delay is most at home hanging around intersections, and often mimics the sounds of cars driving, slowing down and idling in time with their own movements.
