Looking for a roommate in Central Florida.
We have one bedroom available in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in Davenport, FL.
Conveniently located 20 minutes from Disney and within an hour of most other attractions in Central Florida.
Internet included. Appliances such as washer, dryer, and dishwasher included in apartment.
Couples welcome! Up to two tenants allowed in the available bedroom.
Pets welcome! We have a medium sized hound mix dog and are allowed one other pet on our lease. Just be advised there will be a $10 monthly charge added to our lease if we do add another pet.
No smoking. We signed a no smoking clause on our lease.
You must fill out an application through the apartment website lifeatlakehouse.com and be prepared to sign the lease if you're accepted. There is typically a $75 application fee, but we get a discount for preferred employer down to $25, so be sure to check with us before paying for the application fee!

Your share of rent will be $600 plus groceries.
